1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Arista Carts is the owner and designer of all grazing boards, carts, and event setups created under its name. No setup design, product, or content displayed on The Arista Carts’ website or social media may be replicated in any form without the expressed written consent of The Arista Carts and its owner. Clients wishing to promote The Arista Carts should properly credit us, including tagging and mentioning our business @thearistacarts on social platforms. In any digital or printed media, the full name The Arista Carts should be used when referring to our business.
The Arista Carts reserves the right to promote its business in any format, including its website, social media, advertising, and collaborations with other businesses.All photographs, videos, and creative content taken by The Arista Carts remain its sole intellectual property, including images featuring clients, guests, and event setups.
Clients waive any rights to ownership, monetization, or reproduction of such content unless otherwise agreed upon by The Arista Carts.
By booking with The Arista Carts, clients accept our Terms & Conditions, and our invoice and Client Service Agreement serve as a contract and model release. This grants The Arista Carts the right to use event images for advertising, portfolios, and other lawful purposes.
2. PROCESS & LIABILITY
Clients must book their event through our website, selecting their preferred board or cart service and any add-ons. The Arista Carts offers a variety of grazing board sizes and themed cart options suitable for various group sizes and occasions.
Clients may request customizations and add-on services, subject to approval. The Arista Carts partners with trusted local vendors for select add-ons and is not liable for third-party products or services.
Clients are responsible for securing event venues, permits, and any associated fees. The Arista Carts will not cover venue costs, access fees, or permits.
We may reject locations that are unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for setup. Clients are responsible for providing clear access for delivery and setup.
A 50% deposit and a service fee are required to secure a booking. Final balance is due 7 days before the event. Non-payment may result in cancellation with no refund.
A refundable security deposit will be charged and returned after the event, provided no items are missing or damaged. Rental items must be treated with care.
3. CUSTOM DESIGN
The Arista Carts offers unique custom design services for special events. Custom orders require a minimum of 2.5 weeks’ notice and are subject to availability. Design fees apply based on complexity and customization.
4. EXTRA SERVICES
We offer both in-house and partner add-on services including decorative elements, themed styling, and specialty food items. Availability and pricing may vary. All add-ons are charged separately.
5. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS
The Arista Carts delivers within a 50km radius of central Ottawa at no additional charge for standard bookings. Deliveries beyond this radius or for larger events may incur additional transportation fees.
Extended rentals or overnight service can be arranged for an additional fee. Extra service hours can be added if available.
6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of booking. After this period, cancellations are not accepted due to preparation time and costs incurred.
One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least one week’s notice (two weeks for bookings with premium add-ons). Additional reschedules incur a 50% fee of the booking value per change. Late reschedule requests (under one week) incur an 80% fee.
In the case of government-mandated restrictions, bookings may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, valid for one year.
The Arista Carts reserves the right to update these terms without notice. Clients should refer to the latest Client Service Agreement.
